Jaxon has been wearing big boy underwear since Monday morning!
We have definitely been on the slow road to potty training and Jaxon is not blame. We have not been very diligent with his daily potty routine. He's been wearing Pull-ups for a few months now and we have encouraged him to go potty before and/or after bedtime, naps, baths, or swimming but not consistently throughout the entire day. Laziness on our part! I guess I was waiting for some pivotal moment, a sign that he was definitely ready. Who knows, maybe I thought he would just come out and say,"Hey Mom I want to use the big boy potty now, let's get training!" Well sign or no sign, with a few days off from work and a grand trip to Walmart to buy Disney underwear, we made the switch to underwear on Monday. He tried on every single pair. So funny. Boy is Jaxon proud! (and so are we).

No more pull-ups. Jax now has the honor of dumping on Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy. Ahhh, the children do grow up so fast.
