Well it looks like Guatemala is trying to move along in a more efficient manner. As of today, they will no longer be issuing pink slips in hard copy form. They will now be sending adoptive parents e-mail notifications regarding Embassy appointment information.
I know it sound crazy but I was really looking forward to seeing that pink sheet of paper.
